The Common Law of England and Wales.
Description - This lecture covers all of the common law courts of England and Wales. It deals with Assizes, Quarter Sessions, Higher Courts, London & Middlesex courts and how to locate details of trials in the courts. It descrtibes the court procedures and identifies the various documents which contain the records. A full bibliography is included.
Duration - 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
