The Equity Law of England and Wales.
Description - The course covers the various Equity courts of Chancery, Exchequer, Court of Requests, Court of Star Chamber and the Palatine Courts. It describes the court procedure of pleading, deposition, decrees and master's reports. It also describes how to locate the various records which may be available.
Duration - 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
