Property records.
Description - Describes the various terms involved in property records including deeds, conveytancing, fee simple, fee tail, leasehold, copyhold. Deals with maps and plans as records and shows where they may be found. Finally introduces other less well known records such as Fire Insurance, Feet of Fines and Inquisitions Post Mortem.
Duration - 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
Venue - Venue will be advised prior to enrolment.
Handouts - Course members will receive a handout containing the text of the lecture.
